(2) commit a serious crime or commit any other criminal act that
reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness

(3) engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation;
(4) engage in conduct constituting obstruction of justice;
(5) state or imply an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official;

CONTINUE gassing; how can this be other than conduct signifying
misrepresentation?
